Product features:
1. This product has stable chemical properties in water and is suitable for water with wide pH, high alkaliness, high hardness, and high concentration ratio;
2. During operation, the formula proportion can be appropriately adjusted as needed to adapt to the system under different operating conditions.
3. Under high PH conditions, this product can also form a thin and dense anti-corrosion film on the metalsurface, with fast film formation speed and good film repair effect;
4. The reducing substances in the cooling water do not affect the corrosion inhibition and pre film effect of the product.
5. The organic phosphoric acid and dispersant in this product will react chemically with the dirt on the surface of the filter plate of the digester, causing the old dirt to dissolve and fall off, achieving the purpose of removing the old dirt. This not only ensures that the surface of the filter plate of the digester is clean and free of dirt, but also increases efficiency and saves energy, with significant.
Method works:
This product is a liquid product that can be diluted with water and added to the desired place. According to the water quality characteristics of the system and the characteristics of the device, it can be continuously added using a metering pump. It is recommended to dilute this product in a dosing tank and add it through a metering pump. This agent should not be stored for a long time after dilution, but should be prepared immediately after use. The general dosage is 30-80 g/ton of black liquor.

Transportation and packaging:
Packing:Packed in 200kg or 1000kg plastic drums.
Storage: The shelf life is six months. It is suitable for storage at room temperature,do not place near heat source or sunlight exposure.
