GR-300 catalyst is an Al2O3 based sulfur recovery catalyst with a large specific surface area and pore volume. Its comprehensive performance has reached the international advanced level, and it is suitable for Claus sulfur recovery units in fields such as petrochemical and coal chemical industries. It can be used in the entire bed of any primary Claus reactor in the sulfur recovery unit or layered with other catalysts with different functions or types.
The LS-300 catalyst has the following performance characteristics:
(1) Large specific surface area, with more active centers, high activity, and good activity stability;
(2) The pore structure of the catalyst exhibits a bimodal distribution, with small pores providing a large specific surface area, active centers, and ensuring sufficient mechanical strength of the catalyst. An appropriate amount of large pores reduces the diffusion limitation of process gas inside the catalyst particles, which is beneficial for the reactants to reach the active centers more easily;
(3) The catalyst has high strength, low wear, and long service life.
