RSR-101/102 It is a new type of energy-saving catalyst for steam reforming of light hydrocarbons to produce hydrogen developed by the Institute of Petrochemical Technology in recent years.The catalyst has comprehensively improved its reaction performance through optimized formula design, innovative preparation methods, and improved catalyst geometry structure. It is suitable for various processes such as hydrogen, ammonia synthesis gas, methanol synthesis gas, carbonyl synthesis gas, carbon monoxide, etc. produced from hydrocarbons such as liquefied gas, refinery gas, and natural gas through steam reforming.

Technical Characteristics And Indicators

 

The RSR-101/102 series catalysts for steam reforming of light hydrocarbons for hydrogen production have six major characteristics: "one high, three strong, and two small", namely

(1) High conversion activity, capable of achieving near thermodynamic equilibrium conversion, with an equilibrium temperature distance of less than 5 ºC.
(2) C2+hydrocarbons have strong cracking ability and can prevent heavy hydrocarbons from penetrating and causing carbon deposition.
(3) Strong anti coking performance, capable of achieving long-term stable operation with low water to carbon ratio.
(4) Strong adaptability of raw materials, suitable for industrial hydrogen production units using natural gas, refinery dry gas, and liquefied gas as raw materials.
(5) Low corrosion of equipment, avoiding the problem of K loss in traditional hydrogen production catalysts, and preventing equipment corrosion.
(6) The bed pressure drop is small, which can reduce the load of the compression system and lower the compression power consumption.
Under the same load conditions of the device, compared with the reference agent, the catalyst bed layer is reduced by 8-10%, the outlet temperature is lowered by 5-20 ºC, and the operating water to carbon ratio is lowered by 0.2-0.5 units.

RSR-101/102 The series of light hydrocarbon steam reforming hydrogen production catalysts are packaged in iron drums with a net content of 160-180 kilograms per drum, or packaged according to user requirements. Transport vehicles should be dry and handled with care during loading and unloading. Collision is strictly prohibited to avoid damage. The product should be stored in a cool and ventilated place, away from damp environments, and kept away from sources of fire. The product has a shelf life of 24 months.
