Model GR-6350
GR-6350 is a cationic charged polyacrylamide
powder that is used as a flocculant and a
component in systems and should be used
with colloidal silica sol.
Main uses:
Higher retention, drainage and dry strength
can be achieved when the GR-6350 is used as
part of Kemform's multiple retention and
filtration systems.

Method works
1.The product must be dissolved before use.
2. With suitable dissolving equipment, use water about 20ºC to dissolve the
product concentration to 0.3-0.5%.
3. The dissolved solution must be aged for at least 50 minutes.
4. Before adding to the system, dilute online at least 10 times with the best
possible quality water.
5. Secondary dilution products must be filtered using a 200 µm bag filter.
6. Collect the powder that falls on the ground as much as possible, do not wet the
water.
7. If the solution sputters on the ground, it is first treated with sand and collected,
and then the ground is thoroughly cleaned with hot water.
8. Slippery surfaces can be treated with salt.
Applications
1.This product should be used with colloidal silica sol.
2.A typical addition point is after the pressure screen.Depending on the application,the normal dose for retention and drainage improvement ranges from 0.1 to 0.5 kg/ton.
