Defoamer for Synthetic Resins Emulsion
This product is a defoamer with modified polyether as the main body, which is refined by a special process.
It is specially designed for synthetic resin emulsion. It has excellent antifoaming properties and compatibility, especially suitable for foam removal and suppression in high viscosity systems.
It can be applied to styrene, butadiene, acrylic acid, PVC and its copolymers, ethylene / vinyl acetate and water-soluble alkyd systems.
In emulsion polymerization, monomers are dispersed in water by means of emulsifiers and mechanical agitation to form emulsions, and then initiators are added to initiate monomer polymerization.
In the production of synthetic rubber by emulsion polymerization, in addition to the four main components of monomer, water, emulsifier and initiator, a buffer (used to keep the pH of the system unchanged) and an activator (forming a redox cycle), regulators (adjust molecular weight, inhibit gel formation) and anti-aging agents (prevent the aging of raw rubber and vulcanized rubber) and other additives are often added to the System.
