In February 2007, it was founded by experienced defoamer R & D professionals and established a production and processing base with an annual output of 6000 tons of defoamer.

In 2011, a production base with an annual output of 30, 000 tons was built in Lin ′an, Hangzhou.

In June 2012, Shanghai Guanru Chemical Co., Ltd., registered in Shanghai Jinshan Caojing Economic Park, and set up an office in Shandong Zibo Chemical Base. In the same year, it passed ISO9001 quality system certification and various environmental management certifications.

In August 2014, the annual sales volume of the company′s defoamer series products exceeded 30, 000 tons.

In 2016, the sales volume of defoamer exceeded 40, 000 tons, and the annual sales volume of various water treatment agents, bleaching control agents used in the paper industry, and pulping penetrants reached 50, 000 tons. Complete the allocation of shares to the core members of the company.

In 2017, the R & D Department completed the emulsion polymerization chemicals of high viscosity system, and the product performance reached the level of similar foreign products.

In 2021, a large-scale production base will be established in Ningguo, Anhui Province, with a capacity of 50, 000 tons in the first phase and 150, 000 tons in the second phase. It is expected to be completed by the end of December 2024, and Shandong Weiyijia Chemical Co., Ltd. Will be established in the same year to help overseas markets.

Our products include but are not limited to defoamer, adipic acid, polyacrylamide, epichlorohydrin, catalyst, bisphenol A, calcite, choline chloride, sodium hydroxide, baking soda, soda ash, DMF, SBS, PVC and other chemical products.

From 2023, we participate in various exhibitions in China and abroad to explore overseas markets. Now we have a branch in Vietnam, and products are exported to Russia, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Turkey, Brazil, Iran, India, Bangladesh, Vietnam and other regions.
