Its molecular structure contains multiple active functional groups and has strong film-forming properties, good ink absorption, and water resistance. This product can significantly improve the surface properties of paper or cardboard, reduce the difference between the two sides, and improve the printability of paper, especially suitable for surface treatment of high water resistant printing paper and cardboard. Used for the production of various high-end cultural papers and packaging papers such as double adhesive paper, lightweight paper, refined writing paper, electrostatic copying paper, copperplate base paper, etc., it can significantly reduce paper shedding, powder shedding, and printing paste phenomenon, while also improving paper stiffness.

Usage

1. Dosage: 1kg to 2kg per mt of paper

This product is widely used in cultural paper, packaging paper, and cardboard, and can be used in combination with oxidized starch; Depending on the degree of sizing and paper type, the amount of this product added is generally 2-4 kg/ton of paper. When using, the starch should be gelatinized first, and then the starch paste should be cooled to below 75 ºC (the best effect is achieved at 60-70 ºC). Then, slowly add this product to the starch paste, stir and mix evenly before using

Packaging & Shipping

1000kg IBC drum and flexi tank. Store in a cool and shady place (4-30ºC), avoid freezing and sun exposure.
