The main component of this product is alkyl ketene dimer emulsion. It has long carbon chain hydrophobic functional group, which is adsorbed and combined with hydroxyl group of pulp fiber to achieve good sizing effect. Suitable for use under neutral or slightly alkaline conditions, fast ageing, giving paper high water resistance.

Application

Dosage
Add this product to the mixing tank and mix the slurry evenly before use, it is recommended to use within 2 hours. The metering pump can also be used to add continuously online, with a reference amount of 0.4%-3%. A suitable system pH is 7.0-8.5.
