Chemical Composition of Catalyst:

• CuO: ≥54%

• ZnO: ≥17%

• Al₂O₃: 9% (This ratio is the proportion of catalyst base),and a small amount of other additives.
   

Physical Properties of Catalyst:

Appearance: A cylindrical body with curved surfaces at both ends and a black metallic luster.

• Size: φ6×(3-5) mm (diameter 6 mm, length 3-5 mm).

• Radial compressive strength: ≥250 N/cm.

• Bulk density: 1.20±0.10 kg/L.

• Reduction volume shrinkage rate: ≤3% (actual index controlled at 2%).

Catalyst Performance Indicators:

 

The catalyst products comply with the industry standard HG/T 4107-2016 (released by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China on October 22, 2016). Under the specified activity detection conditions, the technical control indicators are as follows:

• -Initial activity (methanol spatiotemporal yield): ≥1.30 g/(mL·h)

• -Activity after heat resistance (methanol spatiotemporal yield): ≥1.00 g/(mL·h)

•     -Temperature: 190-300 ºC

•     -Pressure: 3.0-15.0 MPa

Feed Gas Purity Requirements:

 

•     -Total sulfur (S) content: ≤0.05 ppm

•     -Chlorine (Cl) content: ≤0.01 ppm

•     -Iron (Fe) content: ≤0.03 ppm

Operational Guidelines:

 

1. 1.Contaminant Control:

   •     -Minimize oil contamination to prevent ingress of Fe, Ni, and alkali metals into the synthesis tower.

   •     -Avoid sudden shutdowns and overheating.

   •     -Temperature ramp rate: ≤0.5 ºC/min

   •     -Pressure ramp rate: ≤0.06 MPa/min

   •     -Pressure drop rate: ≤0.04 MPa/min
     
     2.Catalyst Poisoning Thresholds:

     •     -Sulfur + Iron (S+Fe) content:

       •          ≥500 ppm: Catalyst performance begins to degrade.

       •          ≥2,000 ppm: Severe catalyst damage.

     •     -Chlorine (Cl) content:

       •          ≥80 ppm: Significant performance decline.

       •          ≥150 ppm: Severe catalyst damage.

Heating Reduction Operating Conditions:

 

•     -Reduction temperature: 170 ºC → 240 ºC

•     -Reduction pressure: 1.0-2.0 MPa

•     -Reduction space velocity: 500-3,000 h^-¹
