| Product Description |
GR-901 catalyst is a TiO2-based sulfur recovery catalyst that resists sulfation. Compared with the GR-203-based catalyst currently being promoted in industry, this catalyst has the following characteristics:
(1) The hydrolysis reaction of organic sulfides and the Claus reaction of H2S and SO2 have higher catalytic activity, almost reaching thermodynamic equilibrium.
(2) Not sensitive to "leaked O2" poisoning; the hydrolysis reaction has a tolerance to "leaked O2" poisoning of 2000 ppm, while the Claus reaction can reach up to 10,000 ppm. Once the influence of high-concentration O2 is eliminated, the activity is almost completely restored.
(3) To achieve the same conversion rate level, a shorter contact time of about 3 seconds is allowed, which is equivalent to a space velocity of 1000 h-¹ to 1200 h-¹, thus reducing the reactor volume.
