(1)Selective oxidation reaction of hydrogen sulfide:H2S+0.502=S+H20
(2)Micro excessive oxidation reaction:S+02=S02 H2S+1.502=S02+H20
As the reaction temperature increases during the production process,the conversion rate of hydrogen sulfide oxidation increases,but the selectivity for generating elemental sulfur gradually decreases.
(3)The catalyst has the structural characteristics of large pore size and low specific surface area,which completely eliminates the diffusion limitation of process gas inside thecatalyst and improves the selectivity of the catalyst;
(4)The total sulfur conversion rate and selectivity of the catalyst are high;
(5)Underthecondition of a large amount of water vapor present in the process gas,the selectiveperformance is far superiorto that of itanium iron type selective oxidation catalysts;
