         Cationic PAM is often used for the flocculation and sedimentation of negatively charged colloidal particles, as well as sludge dewatering, etc.;
         Non-ionic PAM is suitable for water treatment under neutral or weakly acidic conditions;    
         Amphoteric ionic PAM has the characteristics of both anionic and cationic types and can adapt to more complex water qualityconditions.
