Introduce
This product is a new type of non-silicon bleaching control agent with strong chelating ability for metal ions, preventing metal ion catalysis from accelerating the excessive and ineffective decomposition of hydrogen peroxide. It can effectively control the decomposition rate of hydrogen peroxide under high temperature and strong alkaline conditions, making the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide regular and stable, thereby saving the amount of hydrogen peroxide used.
Features:
Adsorption: This product combines with metal ions to form a stable ring structure, preventing metal ions from being absorbed by pulp, thereby inhibiting the decomposition of H2O2 by transition metal ions. Adsorption treatment before bleaching can effectively prevent the ineffective decomposition of H2O2 by transition metal ions and improve bleaching efficiency.
This product has the dual effects of corrosion inhibition and scale inhibition, which can prevent the corrosion of metal equipment and reduce the structure of the bleaching system. This product is widely used in the bleaching process of chemical pulp, chemical mechanical pulp and deinked pulp with hydrogen peroxide as bleaching agent.

Method of use:
Continuous addition: Equip a flow pump at the location where the control agent needs to be added, and continuously add the defoamer to the system at a specified flow rate. The recommended addition amount is 2-4kg/adt.
Transportation and packaging:
Packaging: This product is packed in plastic barrels.
Storage: This product is suitable for room temperature storage. Do not place near heat sources or expose to sunlight. Do not add acid, alkali, salt and other substances to this product. Seal the container when not in use to avoid contamination by harmful bacteria. The storage period is half a year. If there is stratification after long-term storage, stir it evenly, which will not affect the use effect.
Transportation: This product must be sealed during transportation to prevent moisture, strong alkali, strong acid, rainwater and other impurities from mixing in.
