Product Description:

GR-9011 is a new paper dry strength agent developed and produced by our company in combination with foreign advanced technology. It is a zwitterion type, which can be directly adsorbed on the pulp fiber. Through the combination of ions, it forms an ionic bond, improves the bonding strength between fibers, and effectively improves the physical indicators of paper such as bursting resistance, folding resistance, tensile strength, peel strength, etc.

Product features:

1. It can significantly improve the bursting and folding resistanceof box board paper, as well as the physical indicators such as ring compression strength, tensile strength, and stiffness of special paper, cultural paper, etc.

2. Improve the retention rate of fine fibers and fillers, and improve water filtration performance; Improve productivity andreduce costs.3. This product has better cost-effectiveness than imported dry strength agents.

Usage & Application:

1. Recommended dosage: 5-15 kg/ton paper; The amount can also be increased or decreased according to the demand of paper.

2. The product dilution, please use water dilution, dilution times in general 10-30 times. In the stirring state slowly add this product (product viscosity is high, do not pour in one time), until the dry strength agent is completely dissolved and diluted, the remaining water can be added.
 

3. The location of adding is selected in the place where the slurry can be fully mixed. Generally, it is added at the entrance of batching pool, high box or punching pump.
