           Anhydrous sodium metasilicate has better performance than hydrated metasilicate in some applications. The anhydrous sodium metasilicate particles are uniform, the specific surface area is large, and the oil absorption value is high, which is conducive to removing oil pollution.

       
Anhydrous sodium metasilicate total base and silicon dioxide content ≥94%, compared with hydrated metasilicane to improve the Ca, Mg ion binding capacity, to promote hard water softening, adjust and stabilize the PH value, improve the performance of surfactants, improve detergent, disperse eluted dirt and maintain a good powdery structure has an important role. Anhydrous sodium metasilicate will not precipitate crystal water, and it shows special compatibility and stability to organic chlorine, peroxide, bleaching synergist and so on in detergent, and the washing effect is significantly better than hydrated metasilicane and 4A zeolite. Based on the strong ability of anhydrous sodium metasilicate to complexate magnesium ions and the strong ability of 4A zeolite to complexate calcium ions, the two complementary advantages in the anhydrous sodium metasilicate and 4A zeolite binary additives have sufficient chelating calcium and magnesium ions, and have excellent performance in the synergistic effect of surfactants. Foreign washing powder and washing powder processed by Chinese enterprises for foreign countries will add a large amount of anhydrous sodium metasilicate.
 

Application
