GR-102 Methanation catalyst
Is a low-temperature methanation catalyst prepared with NIO as the main active metal and a small amount of anti sintering additives added. It is suitable for the methane chemical section supplemented by coke oven gas or coal to natural gas, as well as for the crude hydrogen purification section in natural gas hydrogen production or synthetic ammonia industry to purify CO+CO2 in the feed gas to less than 10 PPM or 5 PPM. This agent has a low reduction temperature and short reduction time as a catalyst, which can save operating time and reduce energy consumption; The catalyst has good resistance to thermal shock and can adapt to high reaction velocities, reaching up to 15000 H-1; The catalyst has high low-temperature activity, significantly higher than industrial reference agents, and the total concentration of CO+CO2 at the outlet can be less than 5 PPM; The catalyst has high strength, no physical water in the body, low volume shrinkage rate, and basically no decrease in strength after reduction.
