Product Description:
The GR201/GR202 catalyst system is designed for complete hydrocarbon steam conversion in gas production applications.

Catalyst Loading Configuration:

• GR201: Loaded in the top section of the furnace tube

• GR202: Loaded in the middle and lower sections of the furnace tube

       GR201/GR202 catalyst is a set of high-temperature sintered natural conversion catalysts with nickel as the active component and high-temperature alumina and aluminum calcium as carriers.It is suitable for high-temperature conversion furnaces that use oilfield gas or natural gas as raw materials to produce industrial hydrogen,ammonia synthesis gas,methanol synthesis gas,and metallurgical reduction gas through steam conversion;It is also suitable for oxygen rich partial oxidation and intermittent conversion to synthesis gas processes.GR201 is a heat-resistant catalyst installed in the upper part of the conversion furnace,while GR202 is a bulk catalyst installed in the middle and lower parts of the conversion furnace.The two are filled in a certain proportion.
